Exchange and Return

Please be advised that due to complicated process in international shipping, we do not offer exchange or return. We ONLY accept return if we send you wrong item(s) by mistake or when the item(s) are damaged. We recommend you ask all questions in regards to color/size/styling before placing an order.

Product Detail

The colors may vary depending on your monitor resolution. Please refer to the detailed pictures of the product for the color closest to the actual item. There may be a margin of 2-3cm error in detailed measurements depending on how and where you measure. Please make sure you are measuring the same way as pictured in the "size info" which is located at the bottom of the page above the material explanation. 2-3cm difference in measurement is not considered faulty and cannot be a valid reason for return.

Bottom Size Guide

Please note that Eranzi bottoms are made much smaller than general US size, and miniskirts tend to be very short (with the exception of premium line). Please check detailed measurement at the bottom of the detail page. We recommend you choose 1-2 size bigger than your usual size when purchasing.

*The color may vary depending on your monitor resolution. Please refer to the detailed pictures of the product for they are the closest to the actual color.
*We recommend dry cleaning the product for the first wash to lengthen the life of the product.
*Please note that color may come off for the denim product. Please laundry denim product by itself.

However, you can now make payment with your choice of credit card without a registered Paypal account.

Pay by credit card WITHOUT Paypal account:

When you are directed to PatPal Payment page, click on the “Don’t have a paypal account?” link and go to credit card information input page.

Or, if you cannot find this link on your screed, you may find links such as “Buy as a guest, Pay with a debit or credit card” or “Continue checkout”.

Click on the link and you will be able to pay without logging into Paypal.

  - We offer free shipping when you purchase over $100. Otherwise $15 will be charged for shipping fee.
  
  
  Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
  Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact us via email if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
  
  - Customs and Duties
  
  The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
  

Returns & Exchanges

[Before Shipment]

- You may request to change on color/size of the item you ordered.

- You may request to cancel the item you ordered.

** Cancellation and exchange can be proceeded only when your package is not shipped.

[After Shipment]

Once package had been shipped, you cannot not request for exchange or cancellation.

We ONLY accept return if the item(s) are damaged or if we send you wrong item(s) by mistake.

In the rare case you receive damaged item or item you did not order, kindly notify us WITHIN 7days of initial delivery by posting on our customer service page, or call/e-mail our customer service center +6016-5217199 / stella@eranzi.co.kr

(Malaysia customer service hours: 10am-1pm, 2pm-7pm Malaysian time). We sincerely apologize the inconvenience and for our error in processing. 

When writing an email, please include your name, order number, product name, explanation, and detailed picture(s) of the item(s).

Please follow the instructions of the customer service agent, and return the item(s) via EMS. Provide us with the return tracking information WITHIN 7days of initial delivery. Failing to notify us will result in your package being refused, so please contact us immediately when you realize your item is flawed. When sending back items, you must return ALL components and or any free gifts that came with the order. Failing to do so may prolong the time it takes for us to issue proper refund.

Because ERANZI has an international returning system, please allow us 14 business days for your refund to be completed. If you pay for the return shipping fee upon sending back the parcel, we will issue refund of the items plus the shipping fee. We will refer to the return shipping slip for shipping fee refund, but please keep the receipt for your own information.

2) Order Cancellation

Please email or call our customer service center +6013-638-8863 / stella@eranzi.co.kr (Malaysia customer service hours: 10am-1pm, 2pm-7pm Malaysian time) with your order information.  

You may cancel your order ONLY IF the items are not shipped out before we receive your message, so we recommend you rather call our service center than send us an email.

Your cancelled items will either be refunded to your method of payment or will be credited to your ERANZI account as points upon request. If you made purchase with ERANZI credits, it will be redeemed back to your account. Points cannot be refunded as cash.

*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

3) We do not accept return(s) if:

-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with incomplete finish due to design inspiration

4) If there is a missing item from your order:

*Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
